Pre\u010do je lep\u0161ou cestou chudnutie bez di\u00e9ty, akt\u00edvny pohyb, pestr\u00fd no zdrav\u00fd jed\u00e1lni\u010dek \u010di pomoc fundovanej osoby v\u00e1m vysvetl\u00ed Jana Ryb\u00e1rov\u00e1, ktor\u00e1 stoj\u00ed za projektom Nedi\u00e9tuj.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><strong>Pre\u010do je vlastne d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 pre \u013eud\u00ed sa h\u00fdba\u0165?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Pohyb pre \u013eud\u00ed je jednoducho prirodzen\u00fd, odjak\u017eiva sme boli na neho zvyknut\u00fd. Av\u0161ak ako sa \u013eudstvo vyv\u00edjalo, t\u00fdm sme viac spohodlneli a tak teraz u\u017e zab\u00fadame na prirodzen\u00fd pohyb. Ve\u013ea \u013eud\u00ed si mysl\u00ed, \u017ee ke\u010f nav\u0161t\u00edvia &#8220;fitko&#8221; trikr\u00e1t do t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148a, je to posta\u010duj\u00face. \u00c1no je super, \u017ee maj\u00fa chu\u0165 cvi\u010di\u0165, ale netreba zab\u00fada\u0165 na prirodzen\u00fd pohyb, preto\u017ee \u0161portujeme viac ako \u013eudia v minulosti, ale h\u00fdbeme sa omnoho menej. <strong>Akt\u00edvny Pohyb<\/strong> nem\u00e1 pre n\u00e1s predstavova\u0165 len vyrysovan\u00e9 telo a \u201enab\u00fachan\u00e9 bic\u00e1ky\u201c, preto\u017ee toto e\u0161te nie je zn\u00e1mka zdravia.<\/p>\n<p>V\u0161eobecne <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>pohyb<\/strong><\/span> je pre na\u0161e telo ve\u013emi podstatn\u00fd. Pom\u00e1ha n\u00e1m pri strese, ktor\u00fd je \u0161kodliv\u00fd, tak isto pom\u00e1ha zlep\u0161i\u0165 n\u00e1\u0161 <a href=\"https:\/\/schudnihravo.sk\/kardio-trening-cvicenie-cviky\/\">kardiovaskul\u00e1rny<\/a> syst\u00e9m a je n\u00e1pomocn\u00fd aj pri na\u0161ej peristaltike \u010driev. Niekto potrebuje m\u00e4so ka\u017ed\u00fd de\u0148, in\u00fd si ho d\u00e1 raz\/dva kr\u00e1t do t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148a a je s t\u00fdm v pohode. V podstate tie potraviny tu st\u00e1le boli, len sme na ne akosi zabudli. Ve\u013ea \u013eud\u00ed si mysl\u00ed, \u017ee najviac vitam\u00ednu C sa nach\u00e1dza v citrusov\u00fdch plodoch. \u00c1no, nejak\u00fd sa tam nach\u00e1dza, no predstavte si, kde tie citrusy rast\u00fa a ak\u00fa dia\u013eku musia prejs\u0165, aby sa dostali k n\u00e1m do obchodu. Pr\u00edsun d\u00e1vky vitam\u00ednu C si vieme zabezpe\u010di\u0165 aj na\u0161ou super potravinou, ktorou je kysl\u00e1 kapusta.<\/p>\n<p>Spomen\u00fa\u0165 m\u00f4\u017eem aj pohanku, ktor\u00e1 by s ur\u010ditos\u0165ou nemala ch\u00fdba\u0165 v na\u0161ej kuchyni. T\u00fa rad\u00edme medzi bezlepkov\u00e9 obilniny. Obsahuje vitam\u00edn P (rut\u00edn) &#8211; bioflavonoid vhodn\u00fd na udr\u017eanie pru\u017enosti ciev a taktie\u017e je zdrojom cenn\u00fdch miner\u00e1lov. Tie by n\u00e1m mali zabezpe\u010di\u0165 pevn\u00e9 zdravie a dobr\u00e9 v\u00fdkony pri \u0161porte.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><strong>Kedy ste za\u010dali vy konkr\u00e9tne viac dba\u0165 na akt\u00edvny pohyb a\u00a0zdrav\u00e9 stravovanie?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>U\u017e od detstva som \u010dasto \u0161portovala, no akt\u00edvne som sa za\u010dala venova\u0165 pohybu, strave a\u00a0celkovo zdrav\u00e9mu \u017eivotn\u00e9mu \u0161t\u00fdlu asi pred siedmimi rokmi. Najsk\u00f4r som za\u010dala cvi\u010di\u0165 vo fitnescentre len tak sama\u00a0pre seba a stravu som nejako extra nerie\u0161ila. Potom som v\u0161ak pochopila, \u017ee bez nej nikdy nedosiahnem \u017eelan\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky a je ve\u013emi d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e1 s\u00fa\u010das\u0165 \u00faspechu. Aj ja som si pre\u0161la nejak\u00fdmi di\u00e9tami, ale ako sa vrav\u00ed, \u010dlovek sa najlep\u0161ie u\u010d\u00ed na vlastn\u00fdch chyb\u00e1ch.<\/p>\n<p>Sama by som len \u0165a\u017eko zmenila svoje stravovacie n\u00e1vyky \u010di \u017eivotn\u00fd \u0161t\u00fdl dostato\u010dne efekt\u00edvne. V\u017edy je lep\u0161ie zveri\u0165 sa do r\u00fak odborn\u00edkovi. Na internete sa toho ve\u013ea pop\u00ed\u0161e a\u00a0be\u017en\u00fd \u010dlovek sa z\u00a0toho nie v\u017edy vie \u201evysom\u00e1ri\u0165\u201c. Ve\u010f to v\u0161etci dobre pozn\u00e1me, v dne\u0161nej dobe existuje ve\u013ek\u00e9 mno\u017estvo blogov, port\u00e1lov \u010di m\u00e9di\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 pravidelne p\u00ed\u0161u o\u00a0ich r\u00f4znych form\u00e1ch a\u00a0zaru\u010den\u00fdch \u00faspechoch. Na vlastnej ko\u017ei som zistila, \u017ee di\u00e9ta m\u00e1 len kr\u00e1tkodob\u00fd dobr\u00fd efekt, no z dlhodob\u00e9ho h\u013eadiska je to sk\u00f4r hor\u0161ie. Postupne som sa za\u010dala vzdel\u00e1va\u0165 a okrem in\u00e9ho aj zis\u0165ova\u0165 dopad di\u00e9t na telo z odborn\u00e9ho h\u013eadiska.<\/p>\n<p>Preto som sa rozhodla vytvori\u0165 projekt <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/nedietuj\/\">Nedi\u00e9tuj<\/a>, ktor\u00e9ho hlavn\u00fdm poslan\u00edm je edukova\u0165 a nav\u00e1dza\u0165 \u013eud\u00ed k dlhodobej \u00faprave nielen stravovac\u00edch n\u00e1vykov, ale aj akt\u00edvneho pohybu, spr\u00e1vneho sp\u00e1nku a pod.
