Sama patr\u00edm medzi t\u00fdch intolerantn\u00fdch. Nem\u00f4\u017eem lakt\u00f3zu a m\u00e1m aj HIT, teda histam\u00ednov\u00fa intoleranciu. Aj preto som sa rozhodla v tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku venova\u0165 zdrav\u00e9mu stravovaniu pri \u201cnovodob\u00fdch\u201d probl\u00e9moch, ktor\u00e9 tr\u00e1pia \u010doraz viac \u013eud\u00ed. Za\u010dnem teda ak\u00fdmsi <strong>preh\u013eadom \u010dast\u00fdch potravinov\u00fdch alergi\u00ed a intoleranci\u00ed<\/strong>, pri\u010dom nesk\u00f4r si spomenieme aj probl\u00e9my t\u00fdkaj\u00face sa <a href=\"https:\/\/schudnihravo.sk\/zdrave-stravovanie-rozvoz-jedla-na-kazdy-den\/\" rel=\"\">zdrav\u00e9ho stravovania<\/a> s t\u00fdmito obmedzeniami.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Rozdiel medzi diagn\u00f3zami potravinov\u00e1 alergia a intolerancia<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Mysl\u00edm, \u017ee v dne\u0161nej dobe u\u017e ka\u017ed\u00fd z n\u00e1s pozn\u00e1 niekoho, kto m\u00e1 potravinov\u00fa alergiu \u010di intoleranciu. Medzi t\u00fdmito dvoma pojmami je v\u0161ak ve\u013ek\u00fd rozdiel.<\/p>\n<p>Asi tak\u00fd najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed pozorovate\u013en\u00fd rozdiel medzi t\u00fdmito dvoma obmedzeniami je ten, \u017ee <strong>potravinov\u00e1 alergia je charakteristick\u00e1 silnou a okam\u017eitou reakciou imunitn\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu<\/strong>. <strong>Pri potravinovej intolerancii s\u00fa pr\u00edznaky oneskoren\u00e9.<\/strong> M\u00f4\u017eu sa objavi\u0165 o nieko\u013eko hod\u00edn, ale aj o nieko\u013eko dn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8725 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/schudnihravo.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/intolerancia-2.jpg\" alt=\"Alergia na vybran\u00e9 potraviny, ilustra\u010dn\u00e1 fotografia\" width=\"900\" height=\"807\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Potravinov\u00e1 alergia<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Ako potravinov\u00fa alergiu by sme mohli nazva\u0165 <strong>alergick\u00fa reakciu na ur\u010dit\u00fa potravinu<\/strong>. T\u00fato reakciu sp\u00fa\u0161\u0165a <a href=\"https:\/\/schudnihravo.sk\/recepty-starej-mamy-na-imunitny-system-cibulovy-sirup\/\" rel=\"\">imunitn\u00fd syst\u00e9m<\/a>, ktor\u00fd vyhodnot\u00ed, \u017ee t\u00e1to potravina je \u0161kodliv\u00e1. Intolerancie <strong>s\u00fa reakciou n\u00e1\u0161ho tr\u00e1viaceho traktu<\/strong>. Pri alergi\u00e1ch sa tvoria protil\u00e1tky, no pri intoleranci\u00e1ch nie.
