Na internete n\u00e1jdete mnoho \u010dl\u00e1nkov, ktor\u00e9 v\u00e1s l\u00e1kaj\u00fa na to paleo stravovanie vysk\u00fa\u0161a\u0165. Nako\u013eko sa venujeme <a href=\"https:\/\/schudnihravo.sk\/zdrave-stravovanie-rozvoz-donaska-jedla-kazdy-den\/\">zdrav\u00e9mu stravovaniu<\/a> a chudnutiu, nemohli sme paleo ignorova\u0165. Pozreli sme sa preto hlb\u0161ie do problematiky a zistili, \u010do to t\u00e1 paleo di\u00e9ta alebo strava vlastne je.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Paleo stravovanie &#8211; \u010do to je?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Paleo stravovanie n\u00e1m odpor\u00fa\u010da, aby sme sa vr\u00e1tili k strave na\u0161ich predkov. A kto boli na\u0161i predkovia? Zdrojom energie tak s\u00fa tuky v potravin\u00e1ch alebo v na\u0161ich vlastn\u00fdch tukov\u00fdch z\u00e1sob\u00e1ch. Paleo strava hl\u00e1si ak\u00fdsi n\u00e1vrat k na\u0161ej prirodzenej strave, kde netvoria v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inu n\u00e1\u0161ho denn\u00e9ho pr\u00edjmu sacharidy, ale tuky. Paleo je <a href=\"https:\/\/schudnihravo.sk\/crossfit-zdravie-na-prvom-mieste\/\">\u017eivotn\u00fd \u0161t\u00fdl<\/a>, v\u010faka ktor\u00e9mu si dok\u00e1\u017eeme da\u0165 viac pozor na svoje zdravie.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Je paleo stravovanie vhodn\u00e9 pre ka\u017ed\u00e9ho?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pri akejko\u013evek zmene stravovania treba ma\u0165 v\u017edy na pam\u00e4ti, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd \u010dlovek je jednotlivec s individu\u00e1lnym stravovan\u00edm. \u010co t\u00fdm chceme poveda\u0165? Pri ka\u017edej zmene jed\u00e1lni\u010dka m\u00f4\u017ee d\u00f4js\u0165 k zdravotn\u00fdm rizik\u00e1m. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pri zmene stravy je v\u017edy vhodn\u00e9 zv\u00e1\u017ei\u0165 aj pohyb a cvi\u010denie, teda za\u010da\u0165 by\u0165 akt\u00edvnej\u0161\u00ed. Preto treba so zmenou stravovania za\u010da\u0165 pomaly a postupne. Tak to v\u0161ak nie je. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c1no, je pravda, \u017ee <strong>paleo jed\u00e1lni\u010dek<\/strong> je zalo\u017een\u00fd na vysokom pr\u00edjme tukov a m\u00e4so je jeho d\u00f4le\u017eitou s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou, no viac ide o to, aby sa \u013eudia vyh\u00fdbali konzervantom, umel\u00fdm dochucovadl\u00e1m a lepku.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>N\u00e1zory na lepok sa l\u00ed\u0161ia &#8211; Obmedzi\u0165 alebo vyl\u00fa\u010di\u0165?<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pri lepku vznik\u00e1 mnoho rozdielnych n\u00e1zorov, preto\u017ee mnoh\u00ed hovoria, \u017ee by sme mali lepok zo stravy \u00faplne vyl\u00fa\u010di\u0165, pri\u010dom \u010fal\u0161\u00ed zase tvrdia, \u017ee ak nem\u00e1te celiakiu, nie je vhodn\u00e9 zo svojho jed\u00e1lni\u010dka lepok vymaza\u0165. Obmedzi\u0165, to \u00e1no, ale nie vymaza\u0165. Dokonca aj lek\u00e1ri tvrdia, \u017ee ak by sme n\u00e1razovo \u00faplne vysadili lepok zo svojho stravovania, mohlo by to vies\u0165 pr\u00e1ve k spom\u00ednanej celiakii.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Ako za\u010da\u0165 s paleo stravovan\u00edm<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">U\u017e sme si povedali, ktor\u00e9 potraviny s\u00fa pri paleo diete v\u00edtan\u00e9 a ktor\u00e9, naopak, zak\u00e1zan\u00e9.
