Na ploch\u00e9 brucho s tehli\u010dkami ako z telev\u00edzora som rad\u0161ej nikdy ani nepomyslel. Nakoniec som sa zmieril s t\u00fdm, \u017ee nie ka\u017ed\u00e9mu je z hora dan\u00e9 a na <strong>chudnutie z brucha<\/strong> m\u00e1 vplyv aj moja genetick\u00e1 v\u00fdbava. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Toti\u017e, mierne bru\u0161ko na sebe vn\u00edmam u\u017e od rannej dospelosti. Spo\u010diatku by som ho definoval len ako symbolick\u00fa da\u0148 z piva. Mnoho rokov sa chovalo nen\u00e1padne, skromne sa skr\u00fdvaj\u00fac v plandav\u00fdch farebn\u00fdch mikin\u00e1ch alebo tri\u010dk\u00e1ch. S plyn\u00facim \u010dasom v\u0161ak \u010doraz \u010dastej\u0161ie odmietalo \u017ei\u0165 v \u00fastran\u00ed. A\u017e sa naplno manifestovalo ako prejav hojnosti a blahobytu svojho nosite\u013ea a jedin\u00e9ho p\u00e1na, teda m\u0148a. S prib\u00fadaj\u00facimi rokmi sa situ\u00e1cia e\u0161te zhor\u0161uje a bojova\u0165 s bru\u0161n\u00fdm tukom je \u010doraz \u0165a\u017e\u0161ie. Preto\u017ee sa st\u00e1le menej pohybujeme, telo si uklad\u00e1 tuky.
