Najsk\u00f4r to bola \u0161portov\u00e1 gymnastika, nesk\u00f4r latinsko-americk\u00e9 tance a od 15-tich sa pohybujem vo svete fitness. V Anglicku som mala mo\u017enos\u0165 vidie\u0165, ako to tam funguje, \u010do ma doslova o\u010darilo. Na Slovensku som si naopak v\u0161imla, \u017ee tu ch\u00fdba ak\u00e1si pomoc pri skupinov\u00fdch tr\u00e9ningoch. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Robila som tr\u00e9nerku aj vo fitku, no pri face-to-face tr\u00e9ningoch som videla ve\u013ek\u00e9 nedostatky. Postupne som teda zaviedla aj skupinov\u00e9 cvi\u010denia. Zrazu tam bolo viac o\u010d\u00ed, \u010do bolo ove\u013ea lep\u0161ie.
